hi guys........i hav got 5291 rank in IITJEE-08........and state rank -50 AIR-2588 in AIEEE......please tell whether should i drop an year for IIT and go for coaching or continue with AIEEE........i hav not gone to any coaching classes i am in center of karnataka where awareness of IIT n AIEEE is very less..........i prepared for JEE with only books.......................... pls tell me your suggessions

see definetly u can get good rank in iit next year......but ur aieee is also gud....if u manage to get iiit hyderbad.......then it is not a bad option......else its upon u.....

see u hav 3 options:

1. join iist with ur jee rank

2. luk 4 a descent branch in dce, pec chandigarh, d college where kalpana chawla did her areospace..{u can even get aerospace engwith ur aieee rank.!!!!!}

3. drop

mah opinion consider d options 1 n 2 especially 2.

dnt drop the yr totally,, ur AIEEE rank can get u a decnt cllg+ dcnt branch.... go for IIT nxt yr too...bt along wid ur cllg... yeah ur work will be double... but if u have the potential in u (which u only can tell)....i think u can manage both !!
