and since u mentioned the first 2 years will be held in IIT delhi
i think may be a better option
if it had been IIT punjab vs ne other college .. i would have jrecommended IIT .. but since BITs also comes to play .. it now depends JUST on u which one u want
Next year the central government will change so the new government might change some policies of UPA government which will cause some obstruction in New IITs
This party politics will definetly cause some damage to the new IITs alloted to different states
mr. vishesh_saxena... hw the bleadi hell u can think ki due to change of govt. the iits wud b obstructed..hey admissions to new iits are now done(seats have been alloted) so pls do think and talk some sense....
and mr.gonik i think if u dont have the full information u pls do not spk. coz half information is always dangerous..u know wat iit d is mentor iit for iit punjab and if u know wat a mentor means u wudnt have spoken that...the fculty will b from iitd only...some retired professors are being called and they wud teach the iit-punjab students..so basically students of new iits wud b taught by the faculty that is more experienced than the exisiting iits....alrite....so definitely it will b a better option......even i have got electrical in iit-bhubaneswar and iit-kgp is mentor for that.. n i do not regret it..i m joining....so pls do not look down on the new iits...dey will b definitely at par with the exisiting ones....
