What kind of library are u looking for .. many forums get lot of things free .. and u can just search and find them .. may b ppl at community can tell u a lot more then wat we can ..

library of science n technology
wer i'll b able 2 read iit books
actually books too expensive....i cannot buy all books
so if i cud read d contents on net tht will b gud fr me......

you can register at www.gigapedia.org
it has many books of all types. whic you can download for free.
some may be useful for iit jee.
but Printed books are best for studying and Indian books are really economical

yes...hdnai....is right. you can get the complete books for preparation at not more than 2000

It has both public access and private access
