iam going to prepare for iitjee from this june only will i be able to make it up???

Of course. you can. I also started preparing at this time only. But it would be better to start with some basics now. And if you have some peronal problems then start from june. But once started carry on steadily and don't be discontinuous. Dedicate yourself completely. All the best.
