What it takes to get AIR 1-10
Engineering Entrance , JEE Main , JEE Main & Advanced

Well, I would just like to know what it takes to get an AIR 1-10 in JEE ?
I am an average student for JEE at the moment, and I expect to end up in the top 1000 at the current performance. I have 1 year with me. Is it possible yet to achieve a top 10 rank ? If not, whats the max i can do ?
I am asking as per the general trend, plz give your opinion
Thank You

it just takes continuos practice and hard work....u must reach a condition where anyone who comes along n asks u any question....u shud be able to answer it be it Olympiad/INMO/JEE or even CBSE portion....u must solve as much as u can......though i am probably the last person who shud give u advice at the moment....but best of luck

A very good question raised.

You have to sacrifice all of your comforts and give total dedication.Time management and the best possible use of time are expected. But 1 important thing i would like to point that do table study. Each topics should be given proper time. Every fundamental concepts should be clear.A lot of practice will do it.

Well i'm in the same condition as you r .. One thing i would like to share that i hav learnt from my teachers is that DETERMINATION to succeed  would help a lot in JEE  ,just to say i want a rank <500 would not help.. Lots and lots and lots of HARDWORK is required in the sense of Problem Solving,Revising concepts,Regular study....
