YOU HAVE GOT EXCELLENT RANK. YOU MAY THINK OF INDUSTRIAL & PRODUCTION ENGG AT IIT ROORKEE. IT IS OFFERED BY MECHANICAL ENGG DEPARTMENT.

If you are interested in Physics and want to pursue a research career then you should go for Engineering Physics which is a research oriented stream. Otherwise you should opt for Mechanical at IIT Guwahati.
