the info abt seats alloted thru second round of counselling in aieee 2006 were availble bfor the 2007 results were published..but now they are not available..
if u have failed,dont be dissapointed,coz uve learnt one way how u cant succeed..n never stop tryin..coz perseverence pays!!

its done through individual colleges.......................
and everyone has its own list so you have to get it from diff colleges

see  the cutoff lists are basically provided by individual colleges or univs...like for haryana colleges i cheked out this www.techeduhry...and downloaded this 80pg pdf file and there was given the cutoff of all colleges..like this u have to go to the collg of ur choice and see the its state boards site...
a 2nd year IIT DELHI student, doing B.Tech in chemical engineering
