has state quota to non domicile nit been removed???please answer i have read this in a newspaper called THE ASSAM TRIBUNE....please let me knoe people from other state or is it just a rumour??

even i m hopin for it only...wid my air 19k,i will surely not get any nit....my only hopes are on my state rank wch is 83...and as a result i did not apply anywhere...now i m have no other choice left...so even i hope its a rumour...
