aieee errors

Engineering Entrance , JEE Main , JEE Main & Advanced

most the istitutions declared that in aieee2007 there abt 2 errors in ques

one of maths (integration) in option dont match

&in phy of centre of mass

if they r correct then how will be marks given for ques

in past years papers there were some ques in which no option was correct.

so they gave full marks that is +3 if student had left the ques and -1 if student has marked any option.......

so i think its not a mistake if someone has left the ques unmarked than dont worry u will gwt full marks

and abt the phy ques.......it was not good.

i spent 10 min in dat ques coz i was sure that i have 2 crack any mechanics prob.

but no ans was matching.........

so maybe its the another one in which no option is correct.....

HEY PHEONIX WHO TOLD U THAT THEY GIVE -1 TO THOSE STUDENTS THOSE WHO ATTEMPT THE QUESTIONS HAVING NO ANSWERS MATCHING?
I THINK THEY OUGHT TO GIVE EVEN MARKS TO ALL IN THIS CASE.

Obviuosly they can't give -1 to those who attempted the question.
That way they are going to give +3 to those who didn't even waste a second on the question,and left it.

ya u are right even marking system will be there +3 to all the students. Thats there fault and it makes no sense to penalize those students who attempted the question.

the sensible way out would be either delete the question or give marks to everyone.remaining all would be unfair

i agree abt givin +3 to all.. bt for nikhil,,deres no one who noes d ans jus by havin aglance at..i too did dat .. solved it completely 2 -sqrt2.. den dint find d option n left it.. so i too wasted abt 3-5 mins on dat 1!!!....

or if u wanna say abt dose guys who dint knw integration n left it for dat??

i think they should give bout 9 marks to everyone or make the paper of 351 marks what say?
