All go-iitians please help!

I have secured a total of 326 in bitsat this year.i am a bit confused regarding the submission of preference order of the courses in bits.i know that for my score i will not get cse in bits,but is there any problem if i opt for cse in pilani ie is there any risk of being rejected by them in opting for courses which i may not get according to last year's cut offs? please help me .
