Is AMITY has status of Deemed University or not?

That is, a student of AMITY can apply for CAT or not?

Amity is not deemed. After amity you don't have a future, no job once you get kicked out of ur on campus job within 3-6months, in IIMs CAT abroad you will be given preference only as the last candidate, any one from any tucha college will be above you. Frankly, I don't think there is anybody in Amity who is capable of clearing IIMs and even if there ever turns out to be he will be rejected unless if he is a CAT topper or something in which case he may just get through, even then I wouldn't be too sure.

In short, stay as far as Amity as you can.

keep amity as ur last option.yes it isn't a deemed inst..it's only too good at advertising

Jaypee Noida is deemed and comes in the same league as LNMIIT, Manipal etc.

jaypee solan comes under jaypee noida group

so will i have any problem in my carrier after doing my engg. from it
for eg in mba,cat or for off campus placements after doing engg. or in ias exam

both come under jaypee group but JIIT is deemed while JUIT is not. that itself makes so much difference.

placement of JIIT last year was around 140%+ while that of Jaypee Guna or JIET was only 53%.

Dont post without having complete knowledge.

For ur kind info juit(jaypee solan) is a ugc recognized UNIVERSITY whereas jiit Noida is a Deemed university.

Jaypee solan is full fledged university , so please refrain from posting WRONG info about institutions on the net

JIIT is deemed while JUIT is UGC recognized, however it is not deemed. That is what I said. Even Amity is UGC recognized, it doesn't have that much value. A university needs to be deemed or aicte approved to be in the good books for engg students.
