take civil at nit calicut as it is very good and much better than anything that oyu are getting here( though nit calicut is in the middle of a forest)

JIIT/LNMIIT is a better bet than any IP college. If not that then go for NIT Allahabad or PEC Civil etc(recommended civil in good place with this rank)
