5.00 P.M. 30th June 2008 | Deadline to receive completed application forms at the admissions office; First Iteration of admission assignment. |
1st July 2008 | Announcement of admission and waitlist offers after Iteration I. |
5.00 P.M. 12th July 2008 | Deadline for payment of advance fees; Second iteration of admission assignment. |
13th July 2008 | Announcement of admission assignment after Iteration II. |
5.00 P.M. 21st July 2008 | Deadline for payment of balance fees by candidates who were initially in waiting list and selected for admission in second iteration; Third Iteration of admission assignment |
22nd July 2008 | Announcement of admission assignment after Iteration III. |
29th July 2008 | Reporting for admission at Pilani and Deadline for payment of balance fees by candidates who were initially kept in the waiting list and selected for admission at Hyderabad Campus in the third Iteration. Fourth Iteration of admission assignment. |
30th July 2008 | Announcement of admission assignment after Iteration IV. |
8th August 2008 | Reporting for admission at Hyderabad Campus by candidates selected for admission through Iterations I to IV. Reporting for admission at Pilani, and Goa Campus for candidates selected for admission in fourth Iteration. Fifth Iteration of admission assignment. |
9th August 2008 | Announcement of admission assignment after Iteration V. |
14th August 2008 | Reporting for admission at Pilani, |

All applicants should check the website http://www.bitsadmission.com/fdadmn/ after each iteration to check their latest status and also for detailed instructions.
If required, another iteration may be done on 14th August and selected students will have to join on 21st August.
The admission or waitlist offers of candidates who do not pay fees before the deadline or do not report for admission on the day assigned to them will be automatically cancelled.
Candidates should read the instructions on ?Advance Fees, Refund and Forfeiture of Fees? given in the brochure and website and these will be binding on the applicants.
Orientation programme at Pilani and Goa Campuses will be on July 30th and 31st and classes will begin on August 1, 2008. For candidates who are asked to report for admission on 8th August, 14th August and 21st August, a special calendar will be announced for them for extra classes at each campus. Candidates should come fully prepared accordingly

Selected candidates have to make their travel plans so that they can report for admission at the respective campuses on the day assigned to them.
