BITS with less than 80% in boards??

None

hey people...is there anyway to get into BITS (preferably pilani) even if one has got less than 80% in PCM in XII boards?...like...anything of the sort of management quota or pay seats or anything...is it possible??

plz reply fast...

No dude.......get either more than 80 p.c. or no admission..

AND WHAT THE HELL IS THIS.....MANAGEMENT QUOTA IN BITS.....paagal ho gaya hai kya??..

no..yaar.....get more than 80 in brds and clear BITSAT..thats the only way!!

Management Quotas??!!! Never heard of them in BITS...
There are no Quotas in BITS , none for SC/ST/OBC/whatever.
Pure Merit , thats all....

Dude , BITS isn't your avg Private Engg. Coll...
Its kind of insulting when people think that way....

ye hi toh problem hai...
baki states toh apne students ko kota daete hai.
but bits only one of the univ. of rajasthan, apne rajasthan ke students ko kota nahi deta.
i am living in rajasthan but no reservation for tht.
it is good .............
there shouldn't be any reservation in any univ.

Yes u can get in but u have to be from the family of GD.Birla who r the owners of the university

OMG!!!

BITS is a Deemed University and it DOESN'T come under Univ. of Rajasthan or anything.

KK Birla doesn't "OWN" BITS , he and his family are funding the Trust which controls BITS.
No , I haven't heard of any Birla Family member getting into BITS like that

naah...anyone with <80% cant get admission in BITS...

moreover, for quota purpose, u hav to be in the top 5 rankers of the BIRLA schools in pilani(BBVP etc)... that too will fetch u only the MSc courses... not the technical ones...
