what do u think will be the change in the cut off of the bitsat sice new bits is coming up and there will be an extension of 700 seats?

The addition of new seats certainly wont have ne effect on the cutoffs of d best branches in pilani
it ll b same
but for d 2nd grade branches thr mite be a dip of say 10 15 marks

u mean that branches like civil ,chemical and all might have some drop.

As for my experience's with BITSAT nothing is predictable

... It may fall or rise depending on the level of question papers which are gonna come up...and also i dont think addition of hyd branch will affect the cutoffs...

Apart from the cutoff's discussion which generally happens after BITSAT... HYDERABAD branch has great prospects and is gonna become one of the best engineering colleges in INDIA...there have already been many companies who wanna setup their labs in the campus and the expected Professor to Lecturer ratio is 4:1 which is far higher than any engineering college u get in INDIA

But a new college would mean lots of problems...coz of lack of senior guidance..and many other factors

Hence my statement in near future
