bmsit is a new coll of opened by tht already existing bms enggn college..it might b ranked a step lower thn bmsce but placements will still b gud enuf...wat did u take btw???

its placement is around 7lakh to 9 lakhs

no dude, my friend has got into BMSIT fer mechanical... agreed that board of management is same for BMSCE & BMSIT, but BMSIT is too new and is by NO means good...
my friend is gonna try fer casual vacancy round and change his college... think u shud do the same

MS Ramiah, RV, PESIT and BMSCE are the good ones in Bangalore...
(branch wont matter that much, as infosys visits ALL branches in these colleges, gives training to them and takes them on the basis of their training)

r u crazzzzzzzzzy?? 7 to 9 lakhs in starting from BMSIT?
even RV and MS Ramiah JUST ABOUT manage to get 9 lakhs (the highest pay packages in bangalore) average being some 5 lakhs pa starting...
