Right now I am in class XII. In our college we have to take 5 compulsory subjects [2 core subjects (english & MIL/eng3) + 3 main subjects]. Moreover we are offered an optional subject which is called 4th subject. For example If we take PCM as the three main subjects, we can take biology/statistics/geography etc. as the 4th subject. However it is not compulsory to do so. So, I haven't taken any 4th subject. Now, in campus interviews held in the engineering colleges do they ask for the 4th subject? Will I face any difficulty (except the inability to go in medical lines) by not taking this optional subject?

i dont think u should face any problems
pcm is the requirements for all ENGG. exams
but if u want to keep ur options open to medical, take bio
if u r sure that engg is ONLY ur aim, leave it
on the safer side, why dont u ask ur teachers if there will be ne problems (dont ask advantages/ disadvantages of taking 4th subject, as they are then sure to advise u to do the same)

Always be just and unbiased in your opinions and also say them aloud, even if it means the majority of the world to go against you!!
There will be still some left, who will approve of your character and one of them is God!!!

hey dude.............
no prob. dude i don't think u hav ne prob. there
i must say u tak sm easy subjects like englisha nd computers etc......
study them if u want or not (as they are optional so no effect)
and wen they ask u in the interview , u must tell ne reason that i was not well or i got a fracture so i cudn't score much marx in english or wateva........................
rest is all luck dude and ya jst conc. on PCM..................

arre yaar do not worry .. no one will ask u about that .. just relax .. i am sure u will not be asked bout it at any time ..
most of the time u are asked bout the college only and not bout the skool ... so just relax ..
