wat is the % of seats that are reserved in dce for the candidates outside delhi (not through aieee )....as i'm frm rajasthan so am i eligible for dce.....

hi dude
i am in dce mechanical.15% seats reserved for outside delhi students but only through aieee,no u are not eligible to give the dce exam if ur schooling has not been in delhi i.e. ur +2.
