its in gujarat and it give seats through your rank in aieee. if u dont get seat in top colleges ,it provides u the seat

Admission to the 2008 Batch of B Tech (Information and Communication Technology) program of DA-IICT will be based on the All India Rank of AIEEE 2008. Candidates seeking admission to DA-IICT must-
apply and appear for AIEEE 2008, being conducted by CBSE on 27 April 2008; and
apply separately to DA-IICT, as and when announced.
Further updates on the admissions 2008 will be available on this website shortly.

its a very gud coll....rated amng d top institutes in india..n has a very bright future.It offers only 1 branch ICT(inf. n commun. techn.)..d faculty is comparable 2 IITs n an excellent infrastructure.Renowned companies recruits 4m d coll. wid hi-est package 9 lakhs.But only lacks in brand name as d coll. is only 8 yrs old.Last rank 2 b filled is abt 9000.

found something interesting : see the no .of seats .. ..... just 240 ..
Number of Seats
The intake will be 240. Out of these, 228 seats will be filled on the basis of the All India Rank of AIEEE 2008, while the remaining 12 seats will be offered to NRIs through DAFS. In addition to these 240 seats, 36 seats will be offered to Foreign Nationals/Persons of Indian Origin through DAFS. The unfilled NRI seats, if any, will also be filled on the basis of All India Rank of AIEEE 2008. The Institute may change the number of seats without any notice.
Seats reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories are 15% and 7.5% respectively. Candidates belonging to these categories will be admitted on relaxed criteria as compared to the general category candidates. In case some of the reserved seats are not filled, the unfilled seats will be transferred to the general category.

I hav heard that they compell their students to sign bonds to work with them for the next 3 yrs at low wages.
Is it true????????????
