I am prakhar of class 12th & i think that i can tell you about this:

1.BITS,PILANI : its a very good institute and equivalent ot IIT

2.DCE(Delhi College of Engineering)

3.NIT Wrangal

4.NSIT (Netaji Subhash Chandra Institute of Technology),Delhi

5.IP(Indraprastha University).Delhi

6.Jamia Millia,Aligarh(U.P)

7.Aligarh Muslim University(AMU)

I know only these institutes which are reputed .

you also search other on the net.

Hi..friends

The Combined Entrance Examination, CEE 2007,

University of Delhi only for the Delhi Category seats (85%) for admission

to DCE and NSIT. For the Outside Delhi Quota Seats (15%), the

admissions will be made through AIEEE

And You mean Veermata Jijabai Technologica Institute.( VJTI )

Mumbai,admission through MH-CET .................

for admission to dce...if you are from delhi you need to give CEE..common entrance exam for dce/nsit..85% quota is for delhi people..the rest 15% outside delhi is filled by AIEEE..
the forms for CEE..will be out in 3rd week of Feb..dont know about VJIT..

dce and nsit are both part of delhi university...nsit is these days compared better than dce..dce is more 40 years old..one of the reputed colleges in india..nsit is younger compared to dce..but these days the placements have been 100% in nsit..rankings of nsit/dce in various surveys...india today...data quest..have been around 10-15..after 7 iits..bits and a few nits...dce/nsit is next in line..so i guess it is one of the Good colleges around..

There are many surveys which rank institutes differently , I found a survey which ranked dce at around 14
