i have got electronics and instrumentation in bits pilani(goa campus) in second iteration... and iiit allahabad i have got electronics and communication please help me decide i am confused rates assured..... experts please

am not sure how good the goa campus is..
besides electronics and instrumentation is a subject hving mech and electricals.. soo the combination may not be soo good..
go for ece iit -a
