I know this is not the time to ask for such a thing. But, I met one of my old friends today. He's 2 years senior to me and is studying at some college at Chennai. Without any more crap, I'll get to the point.

He told me, "Hey, you writing some kinda SAT or anything to enter foreign university ? ". I said "No, why would I do that ? ". Then he said " There's a lot of opportunities out there. You can get in even as an undergraduate. ". He didn't know how the procedures went.

But, I'm starting thing that its not a bad idea . I mean, I know I'm not ready to tackle such high exams cuz I can't even get thru JEE. (Not degrading JEE. But I'm sure there's more competition in international exams).

So, Is it possible to enter foreign universities as an Undergraduate or Graduate ? What are the procedures ? Pls tell me.
