when will the bits result be finally declared....or bt wht date approx will its final list  of allotment of seats come???

now the problem is that the classes of nit,surat r starting frm 28th july n i  m afraid if the bits final list wouldnt be declared by 28th of july......so now wht to do .....join nit or wait for bits final list.........i hv got 257 marks n i m eagerly waitinmg for its results finally.

if i join nit n attend classes n then if i get in bits .can i leave nit n join bits there............
