i want to ask that in bitsat as we know that it is of 450 marks nd 12 extra questions so if we attempt those question then means our total marks will come out of 486 (450 + 36).

No , your marks will come out of 450 only ...
that means if you attempt all question including those bonus 12 correctly then you will get 486/450
