IIT JEE , AIEEE Forum - Institutes & Courses , Non IIT Institutes - IIIT Allahabad ECE or NIT-T Electrical???

IIIT Allahabad ECE or NIT-T (electrical and electronics), which is a better option... I am sure to get in these two. electronics is a better subject but institute reputation also matters... pls reply...rates for sure....
