which is better Msc(tech) information system in BITS PILANI campus or mechanical in Goa & hyd campuses.
regarding PLACEMENTS.
pls list them in order: Msc(tech) information system in BITS PILANI campus , mechanical in pilani campus, mechanical in Goa & hyd campuses

u mite not get an b tech degree so b careful in ur choices

many say go for dual and try for compu sci bcoz as of now wid my mark i wouldn't b getting circuit courses
what do u ppl say?

firstly
MSc Infotech portion n placements are very close to that of CSE
only a few companies insist on BE students. Ask any BITSian for more details....thats atleast what i've heard
Secondly,
U CANNOT i repeat U CANNOT be assured of a Dual on a (Tech) MSc......only on (Hons) MSc can u be sure of gettin some or the other BE degree......u need to have a very high CGPA for getting Dual on a Tech MSc
Thirdly,
if u r scared of the MSc quote n dun wanna venture into "untreaded paths" u might wanna take Mech else u can try other courses as well

mech pilani first coz its placements etc are good its a good core branch
then mech goa coz all the good faculty of mech is in goa nw.......
then msc info pilani coz it can't be compared to any core branch
coz in IT sector initial placement maybe be bit high but growth is less that's why i left IT in DCE for ENI in bits goa
then i will say mech hyd just because its its first year no other reason
anyways u chose according to ur choice nd take advices frm others too best of luck
