You can't even compare the two. NIT Hamirpur does not come in the Top 50 while PEC comes in Top 20. PEC is better than NIT Jaipur and roughly as good as NIT Allahabad or maybe even better than that. Arguably it competes with the Top 3 NITs although I would prefer Top 4 NITs to PEC.

Pec is way ahead of hamirpur this is just a bad comparison
I am in pec so I can tell u that for sure
hamirpur doesnt come close
