ITS A GOOD ENUF COLLEGE THGH EXTREMELY HYPED !! LIKE MANY COLLEGES IN INDIA ,DA PLACEMENTS ARE ALSO OKEISH AN AVG OF ARND 3.2 LAKH PER ANNUM !!!
AND IN CASE UR GETIN A GOOD COLLEGE IN IP ITS ACTUALLY ADVISABLE TO JOIN IP RATHER THAN JAYPEE !
TAKE CARE
CHEERS
arre yaaron problem is that
i didnt fill the form of JP(air aieee=17600), I got 2275 rank in WBJEE and expect a good rank in cusat.plz tell:- which of these is best 4 me (branch and college) . can i do anything to get admission in JP noida NOW.........
@ akshaytalwar2
dude dont make tall claims abt a college when u dont have complete knowledge !! Jaypee noida's big building and facilities like the swimming pool and badminton courts are only open to Hostlers living there !
Such facilities are not open to day boarders and even then the college is charging 1.4 lakh odd rupees per year !
Talking about faculty its not anythng very good just good enough ! IP's top colleges have better faculty members anyday and am saying dat only after researching and asking related people!
The cutoff well just to inform you last year my frend got IT at noida at a rank 28K odd ! So first find out stuff man ! cant say wat will happen dis year !!
SO specially for people belonging to delhi who essentially have to spend time at the college during da day if ur getin top IP colleges like Maharaja Agrasen or BVP then IP is da place for you to be !! With a fees much less dan jaypee and placements as good !!
And no u cant get an addmission if u havent filled jaypee's form !
cheers
welll fine mate ull soon realise ur rong !!
iv got this info from a student presently in 2nd year studying der ! and dese facilities are not available to day boarders !
and dont argue abt faculty and stuff -- IP is a govt backed institution and its top colleges are as good even better dan jaypee in terms of faculty and infra maybe not as big as jaypee but tat is wat da main attraction of jaypee da big infrastructure and da big fests!!
Upto to u to belve it or not
Dude
I went there yesterday and the guy told me that swimming is not only for hostelers.
Besides, govt institutions usually can't have good faculty because they can't pay for them. As simple as that. Faculty point of view, even DCE or maybe NSIT is probably not as good as Jaypee or DAIICT which are private institutions with loads of money for faculty and the rest. At least talk sense. Infra wise Jaypee is one of the best in the country, obviously after DAIICT.
@akshaytawar2:
the private instititutes charge a bomb from the students, but the money thgat they take is used for further expansion of the college and the infra, but they dont pay the staff well. other than IIT's the scenario is pretty much the same everywhere. staff is never paid well anywhere in india, even the IIT's, and thats why seats are left empty even at @IIT delhi. thus, good staff is almost never attracted to any educational instituition
If a university wants to be good, it can pay the staff well. That doesn't mean it must be well paid, that means they are better paid. A teacher in IIT may get 20k while one in Jaypee might get 75-150k. So...A person can still go to Jaypee but he may not want to go to DCE or other govt institutions. I am not saying that all the faculty in IIT is crap, obviously they must be decent. But some private colleges like DAIICT and Jaypee also have some of the better faculty in India as they have the money and the reputation of good faculty which lacks in colleges of IP University or DCE for that matter.

you won't get anything in Jaypee Noida and you may not have got anything there even with half the rank. Jaypee Noida is the only good place to go to, other two Jaypee's aren't good, try for Thapar. Last year industrial went till 38k and chem at 40k. also try for ITM Gurgoan
