though most of you are advicing me mech. trichi but i have some problems
1 ECE IS MUCH BETTER THAN MECH.[I THINK]
2 INDIA TODAY RANKED IIIT A 8
CAN YOU PLEASE CLEAR MY DOUBT. MY COUNSELLING IS ON 6. SO PLEASE HURRY UP.

ya ECE is a great branch...even mech is!!the highest placement of NIT trichy this year went to a mech student..44 lacs per annum..in alaska..check the NIT trichy website..

if u have failed,dont be dissapointed,coz uve learnt one way how u cant succeed..n never stop tryin..coz perseverence pays!! |

Placement wise IIIT A ECE is slightly better than NIT Trcihy Mech...................now choosing brach of these two entirely depends on your interest..........dicard IT of the equation.

NIT Trichy is better than IIITA in many respects...............
go 4 trichy mech.......it is a core branch and a good one....... people often reject mech. becoz they want to go where everybody else is going(i.e. cs and ece)

surely iiit-a ece might give u better placements than nit-t MECH,this fact can't be overlooked and it's really true,but i am personally of the opinion that u shud go for a COMBINATION OF BRANCH AND COLLEGE NAME,AND NIT TRICHY SCORES OVER IIIT-A HEAVILY with the latter that is brand name

i had suggest IIIT A-ECE...electronics nd communication is the inn thing...ppl r going mad after communication..take mobile phone boom for eg....placements wud be surely better with ECE..nd as long as u r gettng the placements brand name aint that important ..waise bhi NIT Trichy seems to be hving too much of a false hype these days..
