guys this is not done...u all reply to all ppl who get in iit,bits etc...ths ppl really though dont require advice as such as thy get the best...but u all dont reply to ppl who get in average institute....why this injustice???

very tuff call
-> u have nit surat which gives nit tag but lacks infra and u get a not so preferred branch
- u get thapar chemical--well again high fees and also an ok branch
- pesit a not so well known college but a great branch
ill say if ur not crazy about ece...then go for nit surat cause chemical and civil are almost equal in opportunities and it is not worthwhile leaving a nit tag for any insti other than IIT or BITS.

Sorry but I really don't have much idea about any of these colleges.
My friends from Bangalore say that PESIT is "good".Good amount of exposure , decent placements.And you are getting a good branch.
However , I don't know about other colleges.
