CSE at NITT or MECH at BITS(currently allotted mech at goa-1st iteration xpktin pilani though)?????
fer me CSE=MECH

ppl join NITs for branch and not BRAND
so if your not gonna get CS ECE EEE MECH there then the NIT option shouldnt be considered

BITS Pilani has a far bigger and better brand than any NIT. PERIOD

Go for BITS-Pilani (Dual). Reasons : BITS-Pilani is any day better than NIT-T, and, as u're getting Dual, u'll get a sure BE degree also.
