very tuff choice
PEC i think is slightly ahead of NIT Kuru but u also get CSE so it makes an NIT CSE combo which u shud not leave untill u get BITS or IIT
So id say NIT kuru.( though both options are quite lucrative)

however
placements NIT KKR CSE>PEC MECH
so for ur case NIT is better

if u have branch preference that take NIT Kurukshetra CSE otherwise go 4 PEC
