If you are good in what you do all sides have scope. If you like a subject and are willing to do well in it, most engineerings are decent. However, if you just want maximum oppurtunities, that is with electronics and communication currently. However at the moment the maximum packages are enjoyed by IT/CS sector and sometimes civil at the moment do very well too.
