If you are talking of NIT Allahabad, then NIT Allahabad Civil is better than JIIT CSE.

NIT Allahabad or Jaipur civil would have more value 4 years down the line.
JIIT is developing and may have more value 15 years down the line, due to many factors.
I would say NIT Allahabad Calicut Jaipur Civil

Exactly, JIIT is yet to establish itself and it will is another 5-15years. However as a safer bet right now I recommend NIT Allahabad Civil
