Bhaskara II (1114-1185), a famous Indian mathematician wrote the Siddhanta Siromani in 1150 A.D. The Siddhanta Siromani is divided into four parts: the Lilavati (arithmetic), Bijaganita (algebra), Grahaganita (mathematics of the planets), and Goladhyaya (chapter on the celestial globe).
