guys i read on the thapar site that it gives admission to nri sponsored students but will it give admission to the nri sponsored students and what is its procedure?

may be u guys on goiit don't entertain any NRI admn. dicussions because i have asked abt these even earlier and didn't get any response.

see one of my friend got admission over there through nri sponcered quata..

He told me that he had to arrange some sponseror who was nri and related to him and then he had to pay some extra 30,000 us dollay apart from the normal fee.

guys when i called up the thapar registrar office they said there wud be no admission under nris quota. they said that the child has to be nri too.

so if i want to apply under nris shud i fill the general form or the nri form

arey yar aisa kuch bhi nahi hai mera ek dost vaha per padta hai usne bhi nri quata me liya tha admission and he is an indian and did his schooling with me in india..

Aise phone per to thapar wale yahe kahenge because its not legal to admit non nri under nri quata . per agar tum vaha per jaa kar director se baat karo tabhi kam hoga ..
