VIT QUERY (URGENT)

None

HELLO FRNDS, I GOT AIR 10000 IN VIT 2007. BUT ONLY UPTO AIR 5000 ARE CALLED FOR COUNSELLING WHICH WILL START FRM TOMM. AND PROBABLY END B4 IIT RESULTS. SO CAN I EXPECT A SEAT IN VIT. IF YES THEN WHT IS THE PROCEDURE.

PLZ HELP URGENTLY

hey sneha,
dont worry.you can enter the university easily but u have 2 pay around 1-3 lakhs.Thats the problem.I have heard that vit is not good.It's known 4
good placements but study wise its not good.

hi sneh,
dont worry ...... u might just be called for the counselling...u have to wait for the first counselling to get over n then they will call the later students (rank>5000) for counsellling .

last year to fill their 5000 seats they had to call ranks uptilll 14000 ...so keeping that in mind u might just be well in.thr's no procedure to follow....just wait for their call for counselling...it MIGHT be in the first week of june.

hi i got air 544 in viteee, nd i m no going 4 counselling and all my friends who got selected are also not going. so u can surely get a chance!

dont ever make the mistake of going into that college

it is nothing but a den of all the bad things in this world

as if that was not enough the fees r very heavy which ordinary people cannot pay

but ur decision is final

15000 was the rank till ppl were kalled fer the counselling. It will go on till 2-3 weeks into the semester .. and be very careful abt the dates..these ppl publish the dates on the net ... even i dint know abt the second n third counselling but accidently i chekd there websites .. b ther at the counselling watsover ne1 says...they will give a last call fer ranks 1-10000 .. b there .. last year till 10000 each branch was open xcept biotech ece cse

hi arpit i got 5684 rank in vit will i be called 4 counselling. I have got 278 rank in amrita.Shoula i attend couselling 4 amrita or vit.Which is better amrita r vit?plz reply

okay VIT is definitely much better then amrita.. and yu will be called fer counselling definetly man .. second counsellin is there .. dont panic and take up ne other college or management quota .. dont do that ..

If u are sure of getting into NITs then drop VIT and Amrita. Rs. 70000 and Rs.30000 resp. are going to be wasted if u even attend their counselling. They are probably non-refundable. NITs are far better than VIT and Amrita.
