u cud hav got cse at NIT jaipur, bhopal or allahabad............... IT n ece at IIIT allahabad
..........u can get cse at PEC......AND SO MUCH
U CUD HAV GOT ECE AT SURATHKAL,

After second counseling and drop out seats your best bet will be:
Top 3 NITs IT/Mech
Top 7 NITs CS
PEC IT, maybe CS if you are lucky
IIIT Allahabad IT
DCE/NSIT
