Hey this might sound dumb but could someone elaborate as to how that table is to be read?
What are the abbreviations used ?
CIVIL Engineering
KR SC 119046 122356
KR OP 11984 20246
Does the above mean a karnataka student belonging to ST category will get civil engg even if his AIR is 119046 while the same is in the range of eleven thousands for OP (whatever that is) ? Is there that much of a difference?

OP is open category (general category). i guess KR must be karnataka. Yes, there is that much difference.
