i hav my permanent residence in west bengal .....so on the envelope ,must i tick off west bengal or others.....im afraid if i tick west bengal ,the centre would be allocated close to my native place...but appearing at Kolkata is more convenient to me.....plz reply fast...rates assured for the deserving.....
