I've just finished high school & I am planning to take up EEE in the college.Everyone around me is taking up ECE....so I was wondering why no one wants EEE. Anyway,I've asked many engineering students about the basic difference between ECE,EEEE,E&I & surprisingly they don't have a proper answer... All they can say is that ECE & CSE can get you lot of bucks! which is,of course, not the answer I expected!

I can't seem to get an answer in any website too..So I just want the plain difference between the three...

well the plain n simple answer is tat thr is no difference .. may b just a course or two .. that is the reason y people do not hav an answer .. actually these colleges just make lot  of courses ... it is like fashion these days .. n nothing more .. so u need not worry .. just take wat u feel like .. at end of 4 years .. thr wil not b much diff

So, Why then ,is this craze for ECE when the branch  is almost similar to EEE?Why is ECE getting filled up first in all colleges & why is it that EEE is taken up only if  all the seats ECE and Comp.SCi is exhausted? if I am correct, ECE is filled up even faster than Comp.Sci. What is teeny advantage of ECE over EEE. Is it bcoz ECE is easier than EEE?
