CS through GEN category is nearly sureshot. Try for PEC too. DAIICT is a better investment though.

you wont get CS ECE IT or any good branch in pec in even second counselling ...........
u can get electrical in second counselling..........................................
u can get CS in UIET in same counselling

DAIICT
Thapar CS
PEC Mech/Elec probably
NIT Allahabad Mech/IT
NIT T W S Civil
If you manage to scrap through go for NIT Allahabad IT.
