It all depends on ur interest.
If u like computer programming go for IT,If u like semiconductors(diodes) etc go for Electronics and if u like handling machines and mechanics topic in Physics go for mechanical.
In all i would suggest u go for Electronics.

I think you should go for electronics from BIT Ranchi bcoz

1. BIT ka name
2. Electronics is really vast n interesting..
3. And BIT ka name (again...)
