guys as of now...i have two options for sure...one is thapar chemical and other is pesit ece...wch one would be better of two???i m bit confused as both coll are really gud in their region....thapar is better than pesit..but branch is also imp...what should i do???my form2 results are due to come(my aieee rank is 19365)...in comedk i will get RV mein ece in end....

thr is nothin i m expecting as such wid aieee rank...if i get something...i will take dat into consideration too...i m going to start my classes at thapar...if in between i get in smwhr better i will go thr...i hav not submitted certificate to them,i can give them on 4th of august,thy hav agreed...m askin u all wat should i do???leave thapar chemical and join pesit ece wch is likely to be upgrded to RV ece...

srry dude,bt i ws hving a look at d rankings & d cllg websites...
c in my opinion thapar chem seems 2 b a bttr option,chem is nt a bad branch,it ws only dis yr dat it's closing rank went a bit high,otherwise it hs never been so...it's just a gen mindset dat ece & comp sc r d best..acc 2 d rankings too thapar is at 20th & dis pesit is at 52nd,quite a huge diff u cn urself c..& if u do gt something bttr in aieee then u cn lv later..
stil if u think dat ece is bttr & al then it's ur choice..gud luck!!

join ECE coz brnch is imp.. if the coll. had been IITs ,BITS, top 3 NITs,DCE/NSIT den it wud hav been much safer to take CHEMICAL but definitely not frm THAPAR... even though its a top 20 coll. but den even Mech frm Thapar is not fetchin GR8 packages, so in my opinion Chem is a risky option... Take ECE atleast the demand fer ECE engineers will still b gr8ter dan Chem. even after 4-5 yrs.......
