3rd and 4th look wrong as 4 is 8A and 3rd is not possible according to me it shud be B

look, |AB| = |A| |B| hence if |AB| = 0 it means at least one of |A| or |B| is zero. hence 1st option is true.

|B| =0 does not imply B=0 hence 2nd option is wrong

4th option is wrong because |A+A| = 8|A|
