1)(rt3+rt2)500=500cr(rt3)500-r(rt2)r

500cr is always an integer, for the remaining two terms to be integers,r shud be a multiple of 2,so,r=0,2,4,...,500.Thus,the no. of integral terms are 251.

2) =(2/1!+22/2!+.....)=(1+2/1!+22/2!+....)-1=e2-1.

Since we know that nc0+....+ncn=2n and npn=n!

allamraju is correct.

God does not care about our mathematical difficulties. He integrates empirically. ~~~Albert Einstein (1879-1955)~~~~
To divide a cube into two other cubes, a fourth power or in general any power whatever into two powers of the same denomination above the second is impossible, and I have assuredly found an admirable proof of this, but the margin is too narrow to contain it.~~~Pierre de Fermat (1601-1665)~~~

6)Since 1 lies between the roots,D>0 and f(1)<0

So,a2-12>0 and 1-a+3<0a2>12 and a>4

The intersection of above two is a>4
