Sm:Sn=m^2/n^2
m/2(2a+(m-1)d):n/2(2a+(n-1)d=m^2/n^2
(2a+(m-1)d):(2a+(n-1)d=m/n
now put m=2k-1
and.....n=2l-1
dis gives
(a+(k-1)d):(a+(l-1)d=2k-1/2l-1
hence d proof
