Hello! since u haven't specified...the strength of the last term...thus answer will have a variable.... u said...a,b......c...where c=last term or L.... now d=b-a therefore.....c= a+(n-1)(b-a) ..=> a-c = (n-1)(a-b) => a-c = an - bn - a - b.... => a-2c = (a-b)n -(a+b+c)
=> 2c-a + (a-b)n...is the answer........
