if log 2, log (2^x-1) and log (2^x +3) are in AP,then the value of x is given by
 
   ans-log2  5
 
  please give me detail answer

2log(2^x-1) = log2+log(2^x+3)
log((2^x-1)^2) = log(2*2^x+6)
therefore.....


2^2x-2*2^x+1 = 2*2^x+6....
2^2x-4*2^x-5 = 0............

therefore.....

(2^x+1)(2^x-5) = 0


therefore...

x = log     5       as other answer is not possible....rate me if u like it
