right the answer is 1....the last dig of 17 powers are 7 9 3 1 and 1980 is moulitple of thus power 1981 will have last as 7 ,,1982 last dig as 9 and 1983 last dig as 3 the last dig for powers of 11 are1 only....now 1+3 -3 gives 1....rate if useful.....as last dig of 7 powers are also 7 9 3 1 ...hope u got it....
